The Monday Snapshot...
We are beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I've started a post on what we have been going through for the past ten days (yes, Patrick is ten days old already!!!). But just until I'm ready to finalise it, this is a little snapshot of my two little guys. James is getting to know his little brother, with today giving him some open mouth kisses, such a sweetie!
